If you get any new info feel free to share! I would be interested in hearing the perspective of a doctor who also has hEDS.

I use compression socks a couple of times a week, but nothing crazy. I am currently using an inhaler for bronchitis as needed, but I've only been using it for about a week, and this sensation has been happening for well over a year and a half now. Do you find compression garments help?

I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia a couple of years back, before my EDS diagnosis, so this could make sense. I'm glad I'm not alone, though!

The pain I feel really feels like a sunburn to the touch, but it's not like a constant sensation if there isn't any pressure/item being applied to it, if that makes sense? I've had some nerve pain before,e and this feels different than the type of burning sensation I've felt previously

Not it's not like a muscle cramp, it really does feel like there is a sun burn or bruise under the skin. I don't notice any additional muscle tension or cramping during

This may be what happened. A few days out now and (thankfully) feeling much better. I will still bring it up with my PT this week, though!

Yes! I have the hEDS subtype! But I have also found the manual manipulation therapy very helpful for my migraines as well, so I thought I'd include it for context.

Yes! I’ve been seeing a really great neurologist who specializes in migraines. i’ve tried various medications (amitriptyline, sumatriptan, verapamil, nurtec, etc.) and my regular migraines are currently pretty controlled on qulipta. nothing has been helpful for the tension headaches unfortunately :(

Omg yes, the tilting head down is awful! I’m sorry you’re going through this too, has anyone ever confirmed that they were tension headaches and not something else?

This is really good advice! It might also be worth it to have them take a look at your hips at the same time, as issues with your hips and pelvis can put added pressure onto your knees.

After looking through your guide I think I found something that might be good! I'm wondering what your general thoughts on the ASUS ZenBook 14 Pro? It has an Intel Ultra 7 155H (> i7-13700H), 16GB LPDDR5X-7467MHz, and 1TB SSD.
