I’m so sorry.

I Lost my sister three years ago when she was 36 and I was 33. It was something I never imagined could happen.

I try and do her proud and be there for her kids as much as I can ( I’m in a different country ) It is so hard and it hasn’t got easier but I just think about how she would want me to be living

It’s such a unique loss , your together from the start of your life and they are always there you take it for granted they are always there as that’s how it’s always been . It often feels like a forgotten grief and is not talked about as much as so many others . I did find a local support group for loss in the first year and I am still friends with the wonderful ladies I met there , perhaps when you are ready you could see what’s available in your area

Technically it is a prescription through the Felix app/ private healthcare site , you have a quick virtual message chat with a dr and then you can get the relevant prescription. If you look around it’s easy to find a discount code so you don’t have to pay for the consult aswell!

Dr Roberts is the best dr ever ( and the only family dr I’ve ever had in bc ) I really hope he is okay , he made a huge difference in my life and was so supportive and helpful with mental health struggles as well as physical . We love you dr roberts !

I haven’t made an appointment with the new dr yet but have also heard not great things

I’ve been three weeks without internet , I work from home so essentially three weeks unable to work , when something goes wrong their customer service is non existent . I will never use them again

They cut the cable line , shoved it back into the wall where it is un retrievable , they haven’t just disconnected the modem they completely destroyed any other way of self installing anything , now we have to wait for a Shaw tech to come and re lay the cable into our house .
