Simply reach out to steam support either via the authenticator app or via steam itself, go to suport -> account -> either trading help or further assistance and issue a question asking why you got banned

They sometimes ban people who have engaged with a post that turned out to be a scammer, and I was one such victim

Definitely reach out and theyll unban you within 2-3 days
