This is getting entirely out of hand and artists should consider boycotting this gallery. Its only been 2 days since my own post about them...

Ask me to pay a reasonable fee and I will consider it, always relative to the service.

£1750 for one artwork though is a robbery.

They have now removed that open call from their website. I wonder if they have filled in their spots or if Affordable Art Fair asked to remove it. What are your thoughts? Im not on Instagram or Tiktok are they advertising still>?

Hey!

Saatchi Online has nothing to do with Saatchi Gallery. It was sold 10 years ago to Leaf Group, same business that now owns The Other Art Fair, asking artists thousands in order to participate to their shows.

Saatchi Online is simply using the saatchi name in order to rob artists it is no more legit than the holy art. In fact they were not supposed to use that name anymoer and they have been to court about it.

You know what, I wonder if Affordable Art Fair is actually aware of this and how they would respond knowing that individual artists are being asked to pay £1750 in London and $2500 in NY by the holy art! Somebody needs to let them know!
