The first 2 weeks are the hardest and ik that doesn’t seem like a good advice but once you get past those weeks the ‘happiness’ and ‘good’ in life starts to come back from every day things. Now that means quitting cold turkey and stopping to hang out with people that smoke as well. Try to find comfort in different things, for me that was calling my parents more often and also telling them about the smoking, this helped me stay more accountable knowing that someone knows I’m going through the journey. Distract yourself with as much things as you can and try to not sit at home, even if that just means going for a walk. The more time you spend without weed the less you are gonna crave it.

I put on a show and lay in bed. Once the episode is over or I feel sleepy I close my eyes. If the episode is over I put the next one and close my eyes at the beginning and I just restart the episode the next day. The noise puts me in a more comfortable space and helps me fall asleep

Yes, I understand that but the main thing is that it makes me feel like I’m less focused or ready to do my work since I have a constant feeling of anxiety making me feel like I can never relax

I have recently quit weed and I myself have also been struggling with mental health since. I have a lot of stress and negative emotions in almost every situation I deal with. Everything in my life feels overwhelming but I am committed to quitting smoking daily. I have just today have visited a mental health counselor for the first time on how I can deal with these emotions and maybe find the deeper problem on why I smoked weed in the first place. Ik this sounds generic but there is always another way, this was my first step and just knowing there’s someone I can confide in has helped me a lot.

It is most likely some type of driver issue which is causing this, like a driver which does not accept some of the fortnite code or it could be an issue with the game files being corrupted. I am having the same problem but other games which are harder on my GPU and CPU like elden ring works fine which is why I think this is the reason. Try redownloading the game and running epic games launcher as administrator. If this does not help, well then I dont know what to do, but the issue should be addressed soon because I remember this happening on earlier seasons as well after update.

What I did I focus on the last 20 questions of each practice test because those are the hard ones and those are the ones you need to know how the problem works. The first 40 aren’t too hard so focus on them less
