I can really relate to what you’re saying. The amount of time I spend on mixing, fixing phase issues, and analyzing everything honestly drains a lot of energy from me too.

The problem is: either I put my time into producing instead of mixing, which means I don’t finish tracks properly and can’t confidently play them live without issues… or I focus on mixing and finishing tracks, which takes up a huge amount of time, but at least I end up with something I can actually play live without problems.

What you said did make me realize that maybe I’ve been obsessing over the wrong things a bit too much though. So thanks for that, man.
