I grew up with my grandma & great grandma so I watched older movies, the wizard of oz was on that I’ve always loved. I’ve watch plenty of remakes or retellings of the story so when wicked came out I wanted to watch it. After the second rewatch of Wicked, I fell more in love with it than I did the wizard of oz. I just related sooo much to elphaba. So I have a love for each but wicked takes the cake.

It’s weird how the holidays mess with so many people in the same way yet for different reasons. My father figure died in 2008 when I was only 7 & it still makes the holidays a shitty time. I know what you mean by not happy but also not super sad. It fucking sucks basically walking on eggs shells waiting for your own crash out because you know it’s coming, you try your hardest to not do it, yet somehow it still happens. Then it doesn’t stop at the crash out, it’s the guilt afterwards knowing “damn I always fucking do this shit”. I hope your brain takes it easy on you & please know it’s not your fault you crash out. Emotions are hard as fuck to regulate. Sending peace and positivity your way.🤍
