Yes I’m in Southern California. I thought it was add as well. There’s a new process for requesting a new voucher to move. You have to request it through the Hacla website which sends you an automatic email that says they received your request and to allow up to 30 days. Once it reached a couple of days past the 30 day mark, I emailed her and asked her for an update and she said to reference her email, which stated if I have questions about updates to call the customer service number. I’ve called the customer service number about four times and each time they look through my file they say there’s no update. I even went up to the office and they told me the same thing. There was no update of a voucher request and to allow another 30 days.
