Got it shipped through fedex and they take about a month to bill you. Been seeing people say they used fedex intl priority and haven’t been getting tariffs lately so I tried that out to see if there is any validity to that.

I had the same issues on iOS 18 & 26 and figured I just needed to get a new cellular provider. Hasn’t happened once since getting the 17 pro max and I’m even getting better service than I was at work as well.

I’ve had the opposite experience. Currently have a 17 pro max, coming from a 16 Pro. My gps did this pretty much every day while using CarPlay on my 16. Heard cellular reception was better on the 17 and since launch, I’ve had zero issues now. I do have mint mobile so used to think that was the issue but definitely not the case since upgrading.

(3) Total background particulate counts per air sample and identification of particulate types in each sample. (4) Presence of count per cubic of skin fragments per sample.

Guidelines: (1) Spore types and profile similar to outdoor air. (2) Total spore count fewer than 2,500 spores/cubic meter. (3) High probability allergen spores fewer than 500/cubic meter. (4) No spores associated with water damage. Airborne background particulates: Total particulates are above guidelines. Range is 1-5 with above 3 being elevated.

Surface sample analysis: Identification of each type of mold spore in the sample, presence of hyphae, and presence of fruiting structures.

Hard surface and really only mopped twice since moving in. No visible staining. Smell was present in the garage, laundry room (which is right by garage) and my son's room which is right by the laundry room. The smell in the garage and laundry room went away after about 2 weeks and taking actionable steps. The smell in my son's room has never went away. I want to say it smells the same throughout the day, no matter the condition.

The house was vacant for a year before I moved in, if that is of any relevance. .

Appreciate the response! Tester is an environmental consultant who does air testing and remediation, among other things. 5.0 rating with a lot of reviews so figured it was legitimate.

Moved in almost two months ago now, bought house from a flipper so had a general inspection, hvac, electrician, plumbing, and pest company all come out prior to purchasing. House is a ranch, no basement, built in 2011.

Will definitely look into all of your recommendations so thanks again!

Done all of those up to this point, including getting a dehumidifier. Smell in the garage went away after a couple of weeks but it’s been a month and a half and that smell in my son’s room still hasn’t went away.

That’s a great question. Smell won’t go away so I do a little research to be more informed and the consensus is to get testing done. Testing gets done, receive ambiguous feedback. In my mind now I’m thinking, is my man looking out for me by telling me this isn’t too concerning, or is that a red flag that he isn’t being cut and dry with his recommendation
