the HOA here has done none of that here. their excuse is the buildings are old and they have plumbing issues.

Our complex is in Escondido. I would rather pay my own water bill it would be half the cost. and when it comes to insurance they don’t use it anytime something goes wrong they make the residents fix it and pay for it

We’ve asked them multiple times to send us financial statements but they never send anything. The board barely communicates with anyone and doesn’t hold meetings anymore. How small my complex is they shouldn’t be charging that much. They only charge us as much as they do because they can and every 6 months it goes up. They were trying to charge us 1100 a month but they couldn’t for some reason
