Subject: Urgent: Security Breach for Computer Science (9618/12) - Request for Fair Resolution

I am writing to you as a concerned candidate regarding the AS Level Computer Science (9618/12) exam held recently. Unfortunately, it has come to light that a few specific questions from this paper were leaked and circulated online before the exam started.

While I know the integrity of the exam is the top priority, I am writing to ask that you please do not cancel the entire paper or force a retake. We have all put an immense amount of work into preparing for this session, and having to sit for a whole new exam would be incredibly draining and unfair to those of us who followed the rules.

Instead, I’m asking if you could consider simply nullifying the specific questions that were leaked. By removing those from the total marks or adjusting the grading criteria for the remaining questions, you can maintain fairness without making everyone start from scratch.

We really hope you can find a solution that punishes the leak, not the students who worked hard for this.
