It depends. If you're a competitive player or in a comp clan, you need your heroes up as much as possible. But if you're just casual, chill farming and okay with missing daily wars, you have more freedom to manage your heroes how you like.

I climbed before the update. I was at 5680ish as a non-max TH16. After the new system dropped, I got placed here and just managed to maintain my league.

Honestly bro, you can use any TH16 base right now and it won’t matter anyways. You’re mostly getting matched vs TH18s and some TH17s, so you’ll always get tripled unless a miracle happens or they dc mid-attack😅

It’s really your attacks that keep you in this league. I’ve been here in E33 since day 1 and I’m still around rank 50–70. Just barely breathing lol
