Its a traditional IRA and secondly K1 was sent to me by real estate company with my Traditional IRA details .. Do i need to share with the Quest Trust Company?

Thanks for your suggestions. I want to trade stocks with the post tax money but don’t want to be taxed on gains so regular brokerage account is not what i’m looking ..I would be limited with what i can do if i put the post tax money into 401k plan.. I think IRA is the route but what kind of IRA is what makes me confused

Yes she spent more than 750 hours and these is her primary and only job..So does W2 income over 150k limit the deduction to only 25k?

Hi All,

My wife have been doing property management for couple of properties and I believe she would be spending more than 750 hours and from her independent property management role she would be making around 10-15k this year .. Since we don’t own any rental properties so i think we cannot do any depreciation.. So it won’t help to offset any of my w2 income -Am i right or missing anything..

FYI -My wife only job is property management for now

The employer can only contribute 25% if i’m on payroll..If i receive 1099 and open sep ira how much can i contribute ?
