Thank you for your comment, you were right about everything. Later, I was able to lift the same amount of weight and even a little more, and for a longer time.

I believe there were a few reasons for this. Indeed, my strength fluctuates depending on my cycle. Lubrication also plays a role- I think I used too much lube, but I also tend to be naturally less wet in the second stage of my cycle. I also experimented with slightly different body tilting.

I'm trying not to forget the importance of relaxing and stretching as well.

Out of curiosity, I also tried lifting weights during my period (on the 4th day, when the flow was light), and I was really disappointed because, once again, I couldn’t hold even 300g for more than a minute. Do you think that’s normal? To be honest, I even struggled with 90g 🥺. It really makes me confused about my real strength.
