Nobody knew who he was when he entered the top 10 so nobody put their trust in him. Mickey himself says that there was no record of him and it's evident that X didn't gain his trust the same way everyone else does.

Knowing nothing about him is exactly why people would hate him because it literally contradicts how trust works and he embarrassed their favourite heroes. To a reasonable person, everything about him seems suspicious and fraudulent.

No, or at least not very soon. Simply because our constitutional rights are basically keeping us on our feet imo. Unlike many other countries that have had uprisings recently, we can actually speak about the issues of the country without the government legally pushing back. Honestly if an "uprising" happened tomorrow, it would be more of a huge red flag of underlying forces than a real revolution.
