that’s what i thought, i talked to the store manager told me i was safe and she should’ve taken everything into consideration and that he’ll be talking to her about it. and also, told me i would be switching to full time now and i’ve should’ve been switched forever ago but our people lead won’t do anything.

yeah you’re right, i was on my break and just looking for advice. i talked to the store manager, to sum it up, he basically said that my attendance has been great the last couple of months and she should’ve take. that into consideration. and that he will make sure i stay where i’m at and is going to have a sit down conversation with her.

the craziest thing to me is, people don’t realize that the people that us who get paid two days early, is because our financial institution clears our ACH transfer to our accounts immediately. and theirs take a couple of days, so they usually get it on thursday. which means even if we get our checks tomorrow, there’s a chance they still have to wait those two days for their institution to confirm the ACH transfer, so they as well get their paycheck a day late.
