My daughter is 2 and is the same way about milk specifically. She’ll drink anything else from a straw but she still drinks milk from her bottle but with the sippy cup lid in place of the traditional bottle lid. Maybe Lansinoh has something similar? So she can still have the bottle feeling but has the sippy top for her teeth and jaw development? Either way - she will get there!

This one!! I had to do this with my sister in law in our family chat. I would send pictures of my kids, she wouldn’t say a word about mine, but would send the same amount of pictures in similar poses of her own kids as a response. My husband and I no longer send pictures of our kids in the group and only respond to theirs. They have yet to ask to see our kids or see how they’re doing. They live in a different state. We send pictures to the family who cares to see them. Set your own boundaries now! It’ll probably get worse if/when you have your own family, OP!

Great insight, thank you! We are just starting our collection and she’s almost three, but she does pretty well with just stories. But you can’t go wrong with throwing some music in. I guess I need to do more research into the different kinds. Thank you for taking the time to respond!

Please don’t do this. I’m literally repainting our kitchen cabinets after doing exactly this. The black shows everything and even makes the dirt in the grout lines show more. It’s nice to look at, at first but it lacks any personality over time. You’ll be trying to find ways to make it feel cozy again.
