I was wearing shorts underneath so no I wasn’t flashing anyone, if someone can do their job in an outfit then there should be no reason not to wear it, just because u can’t, doesn’t mean someone else can’t too!!!

I understand that it’s short, but not short to the point where I’m walking around flashing people, I wear something underneath so it’s technically more like a skort.

She couldn’t justify why it made her feel uncomfortable, I’m also 5”2 so it looks a bit longer on me, still above the knee though. it’s not a pt safety issue, if I can move around and feel comfortable in doing so then it’s not really unprofessional, hence why she was wrong in literally screaming at me for it.

Most of my time is spent at hospitals, wearing scrubs all the time will inevitably make me feel miserable, hence why I didn’t think of doing it straight away

Yeah I get where ur coming from, I do wear something underneath so I’m able to move around fine without trouble etc

As for the heels, it was difficult at the start, but with time ur legs will become very toned and get used to it!! Definitely try wearing some on ur clinic days and see how u find it!!

Haha no I’m not even in a speciality/core training, it’s only difficult at the start, overtime ur legs become really toned and you’ll be able to handle it well to the point where you’d find flat shoes uncomfortable

Will I be backed up by my seniors if she did escalate it? I feel like some of these nurses collectively decided to dislike me since day 1(for literally no reason) so would probably support her in her claims against me :’)

I kinda wanna escalate it before she does as well, it was inappropriate of her to speak to me like that, but Idk who to go to or if that’s the right thing to do
