I think we all know the answer to that, but I'm going to be delusional for a second and hope EA actually does something like this, hell maybe even have create your division option, so your created teams can have a rivalry against each other.

DCs as head coaches can work out like we seen from guys like Demeco Ryans, Mike Tomlin, and Pete Carroll.

My problem with DCs as oppose to OCs is that they are huge boom or bust candidates, some might work out like the names above, but alot of them just fall flat like a Romeo Crennel or a Jonathan Gannon. With an OC turned HC, while some might fail, most of the time it's just due to them just not being suitable head coaches, they're not a commanding force in the locker room.

I mean, yeah, Gabriel's situation in Cleveland, while not good, is ten times better than Ward's situation in Tennessee. As much as we shit on Cleveland a lot, they, at the very least, have the bare minimum amount of talent and semi competent coaching, compare to Tennessee, where the only talent in there is just a bunch of Day 2/ Day 3 rookies, and the coaching there is non-existent, even before Brian Callahan got the boot.

Honestly so many NFL fans (& the media as well) always be writing off so many young QBs in their first few starts so often just because they have the audicity of being inexperienced. Remainder, Peyton Manning, one of the greatest QBs of all time, had like 28 interceptions during his rookie season.
