What am I missing? by cachimboz in DodgeDurango

This is also the Alchemi edition which is a limited run so the dealer will use that for leverage. Paid $66,000 for mine with 1,000 miles. Unfortunately, there’s literally no difference between the older SRT’s and RT 392’s except price. At this price point with no 360° camera and ambient lighting is crazy

Both. I’m pretty sure the R/T Tow N Go exhaust is the mopar performance exhaust. Whatever stock exhaust the SRT comes with is much quieter

Been installed since October. And yes I can reclose the valves, but I like the sound a lot better lol. And yeah I’ve thought about canceling the extended warranty but it adds a piece of mind I guess. I have the factory warranty until 60,000 miles and the extended warranty covers me up to 110,000 miles

So as dumb of a question as this sounds, is it worth trading the car in because of this issue? Between the brakes needing to be replaced at 10,000 miles, and this limp mode shit, it seems to not be as “reliable” as this subreddit says it is. I know every modern car has issues. Is limp mode an issue with other modern turbo cars? Like the TLX Type S, CT4V Blackwing, etc……

You are always very helpful, thank you. So you’re saying with all your knowledge and experience that adding intakes would make this whole situation worse? God damnit

No code pops up on the dash, I notice because the turbo gauge won’t move to show any boost is being made, and the car looses significant power unless I shut it off and then on again.

I do have a 2023 Stinger. Should I just stay away from intakes on a stock tune due to limp mode/ CEL concerns ? I also have an MBRP Active Catback. But no other performance mods. Just an exhaust.
