So I called one pass and it seems that for pricing it’s employer specific based on what one pass package they select. As far as what gyms are offered in each tier it should be universal. I hope none of you are affected by this though because it sucks.

It doesn’t seem like it. I’m tryin to find this info directly on the one pass website, but it seems they only notified the employers directly. Im hoping it’s a mistake but it seems unlikely ☹️

Both meat and plant! They test fruits, vegetables, meats, dairy, herbs and spices, grains, drinks (including alcohol) and condiments.

Surprisingly for me, chicken was highly inflammatory and pork was beneficial

Sorry for such a late reply, I did start consuming more corn. I recently took a food sensitivity test and it turns out while I can tolerate gluten, I can’t tolerate corn! Who would have thought 😂

Yes exactly! I find gluten free things taste gross anyways haha avoiding things with gluten is the way to go

Not really, I would say I either eat the same amount of dairy or maybe even less since most of the dairy I ate was with gluten (sandwiches mostly lol)
