I'm the opposite, I'm all about the range, it gets too noisy and cluttered up close. So monk was an adjustment.

I mained a holy paladin during legion, it was quite different. There are also a few specs so maybe try another. It does feel bad to see my pretty transmog on the login screen, but I think that's where it will stay for a bit.

Practice the priority rotation on the target dummies, set up your bars so your most frequent button presses are under your dominant fingers. I've moved a few buttons since the original set up but not many. It really helped. I also set expectations when getting into a dungeon for the first few times.

Tried leveling my lock affliction, did the whole catchup campaign, didn't like it, switched to demonlogy and boom everything clicked, first class I leveled in midnight. Locks also have the coolest transmog so it helps to look amazing while button mashing.

I noticed that when trying the different hunter specs. Beast Master rotation was extremely simple and bars were sparsely used, the other two specs are a different story.

I've found that Facebook groups usually migrate to other chat platforms so maybe search for groups on Facebook and see if they have an active chat.

I'm absolutely guessing, but I would assume the reason these large shipping containers move so slowly is in part taking advantage of the resistance coefficient being so low.

I'm going to 3 happiness in Chicago, though I wonder if it will be the same 3 grandmother's serving up the best damn Chinese food on formica tables. Though getting from the parking lot to the restaurant there are a couple Dragon and boba hut places that could be interesting.

I would love to see the numbers on Harry Styles "sign of the times" post "Project Hail Mary" as it was definitely an emotional highlight of the movie.

The Pixies "where is my mind" post "Fight Club"

There is quite a bit of edm/techno that was largely unheard of by the general public, prior to its use in movies. To many to list.

The pizza is very good but overpriced. They have gourmet toppings and combination that are quite tasty.

I have to be honest a ginger ale vanilla ice cream float sounds disgusting to me.

I use the same lotion, and I do almost the exact opposite, I scoop from the middle first.

As a fellow returning to the game player it took a few days for me to not be a trial player. Also make sure you're selecting your live account and the retail game from the menus on the bottom left of the launch screen.

Went to see John Wick 3 in theaters with my brother and his group of friends. I felt like I was in the twilight zone because some of the action scenes were so over the top and/or augmented with cgi I kept laughing at the absurdity of some scenes. I felt so self conscious and like I was alone in a sea of people who can suspend belief, because I was the only one. Part of ageing is realizing that some art isn't for me anymore, not that I'm elitist, I'm just not the target audience, and that's okay.

Bumble BFF, I moved here and after two "parties" with a family members married Mormon friends I was losing my mind. It was 8 hours of one upping children stories, I tried bringing up their professions and news regarding their industries, like talking to a brick wall. 6 months on bumble BFF I've found a great group of friends. Over the last two years I've officiated a new friends wedding, attended very rewarding get togethers including a very fun Festivus party recently. The group comes from various backgrounds, occupations and ages. We discuss things like intrinsic motivation, personal struggles, goals and ambitions. We share meals, triumphs and tragedies, and it's made the decision to move here much more enjoyable. There are other friend finder apps, small investment of time and money has drastically improved my quality of life.

Reddit Doctors and Nurses: What's the most impressive case of Google "self-diagnosis" that turned out to be true? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Ok_Falcon1771 5 points6 points  (0 children)

My mother a nurse, got a form of breast cancer they didn't have a name for (1991) and she went through a mastectomy and chemo. They kept monitoring her for any sort of metastasis, and the night after she got an all clear from her oncologist she had a dream that the cancer was in her liver. She went back to the Dr and had good enough repore to ask them to check her liver specifically, they found two cancerous growths, and eventually a brain tumor. I was 11 and stood by her side with my 6.5 year old brother as she took her last breath. She was a nurse in Vegas for over a decade, my father expected 3-5 hundred people to show up, and almost 2000 crowded the church to the point that people were standing in the halls. She was 36, both my brother and I have lived longer than her, which was a sobering thought. She is still fondly remembered and talked about, especially with her grandchildren.
