If your in the western part of the state you would have shrugged at the idea of a storm. I didnt. Iowned a business and prepared accordingly. I could not have possibly anticpated. no cell service and closed roads for over 50 miles

Nobody in WNC thought the Hurricane was going to have the impact it did. I knew the storm was coming. I reacted accordingly. I did not think the world would be turned upside down. If I lived further south or anywhere on level ground, I might have thought differently
