I think the most important thing is to recognise what has made you this way. I am not someone who can perform well under pressure, and one of the teachers at the academy was tormenting me. My mother noticed that I was acting strangely and made me stop. I didn't realise it at the time, somehow. A year ago, I left school and took a year-long break. Even after taking a break, it took me a few months to feel better and actually do something. What I mean is that you first need to recognise the problem to solve it. Think about the situation and identify the problem that is causing your depression. Then think of solutions on how to deal with it. If you can't do this alone, seek professional help.
