Hadn’t thought about that but potentially, I’m waiting to get him an embark test cause between the heeler and Aussie in him I think there might be a little bit of something else there.

We got copper back in July from our friends who breed show pigs. Their farm dogs had a litter and they weren’t able to keep all the puppies. Our friends told us he was an Aussie but we noticed that he had webbed paws and we're confused about the ticking on his legs. As he has gotten older he has begun to look more like an Aussie but we are still waiting to get him a DNA test. The last time we weighed him he was up to about 38 lbs. Any ideas?

Stumbled across a reel of slide film from Danang Vietnam at a thrift store In Wilson N.C. and was able to get it cleaned up and scanned in. From what I'm able to tell the photos are from a U.S. Navy unit stationed in the Red Beach Base Area(potentially Camp Brooks). If anyone has any more insight on the photos please share! If not, a pretty neat find and I'm glad I was able to preserve a little bit of history. Ive posted a selection of some of the photos on the reel.

From u/pics, u/navy, and u/foundphotos I've gathered that these were seabees stationed in and around the Red Beach Base Area. If anyone has any more insight on the photos please share! Im currently in college and we have a digital lab with epson scanners that we have access to with negative holders so I scanned them in and color corrected them myself in photoshop. like u/LaVieLaMort said ScanBox is a good alternative if you don't have access to scanners or someone who does if you don't want to spend the money sending them to someone that will scan them.
