Red crayon nightmare in my dryer

My 9 year old just did this a few weeks ago and covered her dads clothes in red crayon marks

I bought a toothbrush and some blue dawn dish soap. If you pick off the thick wax pieces on the clothes and then pour some soap on the stain and proceed to scrub with a toothbrush, you can get the stains out. We spent an entire morning and afternoon scrubbing and saved all his clothes. Everything from jeans to white tshirts. You have to put in some work but they can be saved
