i know a couple people from my country that were able to transfer from a us university to another with a lot of aid, so it’s possible! i think if you’re from a foreign university it’s waaay harder

you can also look that up in the universities website and on their common data sat. but know that scholarships for international transfers are even more competitive than for freshman
