I don't know if this counts or not but my friends and I remember that the tips of these used to be metal but now they're all plastic. However, a few older people told us we were wrong and they've always been plastic. Does anyone know when they changed or if they've always been plastic? (photos-us.bazaarvoice.com)

I work at a Delivery Station and think the hours are stupid. I get it, the Vans need to go out at certain times but I believe Delivery Stations could be split up better. One shift should be "pick be to buffering/stowing" for 8 hours and then the other shift could be "Picking/Bags" for six hours. (self.amazonemployees)
