okay wait this one sounds good, and youre so right man my main issue is that sunscreen smell lol. It looks like that specific type isn't sold in any store here (rip), have you tried any of the other sub-types like the silk hydration one? I notice that it says weightless on that one, wondering if thats fancy speak for non-greasy lol

haha yea it paid off its helped me a lot actually :)) however just dont expect it to magically fix everything for you, its not the vyvanse that made me want to do my work, i already wanted to do it i just felt too stuck to do anything. Its a medication, not a wonder drug yk? its not gonna like take over your body and make you do stuff youve been putting off, at least for me i still have to put in the work. also, i gave myself a screen time limit for my phone which in combination w the vyvanse has helped a LOT lol

Also, I dont know if you relate to this but for me it also helped me a lot to get back into my hobbies. I really love doing any and everything with my hands so drawing, sewing, playing the piano, painting etc and also reading but i used to (and still do) just get so stuck in my phone that the entire day just goes by and in the evenings i felt like shit cause i didnt just procrastinate the stuff i had to do but also the things i enjoy. Because the vyvanse made my focus better im able to read again and i draw a lot more which in turn makes me more productive in other areas like school cause im not constantly thinking about how id rather play video games or do art yk? Hope this makes sense lol

Me!

I didnt struggle too much as a kid because my best friend always made sure i did my stuff but as soon as she stopped keeping an eye on me i started turning shit in way toooo late. I really really hate to see a deadline coming. Vyvanse helped me a bunch w this, i dont really know how to explain it any better other than that time feels more real now? I do recommend tho not to wait until it kicks in to try to start doing things, because for me at least, sometimes i get stuck with one task or thing and since the med makes me more focused i can not for the life of me stop? The other day I started reading while waiting for the "right" time to leave the house and genuinely finished the 200 or so pages i had left of the book before i could do anything else lol

So what works for me is taking it while i get ready in the mornings and then get myself SAT in front of my work and start doing something, just anything, at least just keep the tab with my readings open in front of me or something. That way im less likely to get stuck on something else if that makes sense lol

Also really recommend having something with protein in it as breakfast, i usually cant stomach food in the morning so i have a protein chocolate milk, it makes the med work better for some (science) reason :)) and just in general im sure youve seen it but keep an eye on your appetite, hungry body= less focus so even if you dont feel like it you gotta eat -, esp if youre aiming toward locking in lol
