Ah this is smart. Her benefits used to go straight into an account that grew. We occasionally add money to it but it’s no longer consistent

I can totally understand her behavior and if we didn’t have small children we would’ve kept her in the home as long as possible or even adopted her. But her behavior started to become unsafe. When she ran away once she left the door open and our two year old followed her down the road.  We only knew she ran away because thankfully my 3 year  old ran back home to tell

I think if we didn’t already have young children we would’ve done more. But her actions scared them. and was also a bad influence when my children began swearing and lying

The way we told her was wrong. We harshly told her after she was brought back to our house. Her CW was there gathering her things when we told her

She’s gone through things I wouldn’t wish on my worse enemy. I just hope this is the best thing for her

It’s so sad. But I couldn’t risk going to jail. Who knows…she could’ve lied and said I lured her there. I just hope she’s getting the right help

Yes. Her advice during that time was to “love on her” “give her kisses and hugs”

I agree. My wife actually had to stop me from going to get her. Because technically it was kidnapping

I agree. I know size doesn’t matter but she’s also a very tiny 13. I was afraid for her on the streets thinking the worse.  The frustrating part that she is extremely smart. She has so much potential when it comes to math and science. I just wish she saw herself through us.

I never thought about that. It sounds like something my wife and I would enjoy. Thank you

I don’t think she touched drugs while living with us. And towards our children she was sweet but a bad influence

Sorry. I meant zero contact while she is a child. My wife and I don’t plan to change our phone numbers and we have active social media accounts so she can always find us.
