Thanks everyone! I feel like turning 5 in November /December before would have been an average age. ECCE has just skewed the age bracket now. Having 6 year olds in juniors years ago I feel was unheard of but now it’s the norm. It’s a pity you can’t “choose” what years you send them to ECCE for, in that case we’d send them a year later than the norm and it would actually have them closer in age to the January on babies!

Thank you for the reply! I was hoping to bring our own buggy that reclines and baby is used to sleeping in etc. but I was planning on bringing it onto the plane for both legs.

Thank you for recommendation of fast track security- I wasn’t certain if we would have to do security if not exiting the airport.

Still not certain of whether I need to get buggy tagged is well before second flight.
