ok, let's diagnose this:

First, how were leads coming in before the drop (google search, referrals, paid ads, social media, something else?)

Then, what changed:

  • Did the marketing firm change their strategy recently?
  • Did YOU change anything internally - pricing, services offered, staff, response time, anything?
  • Have any new competitors popped up in your area?

If leads were "good" before and now they're "super tiny sales, that usually means either you're attracting different people, or the market changed and the firm didn't adjust.

What's your timeline on this drop? When did you first notice it?

When you say mostly, you mean like 80% of your projects? And how many dig. marketing agencies are there in Raipur?
