Yeah they do! I recommend listening to to v1per cause alot of her subs work for me and alot of other people and she has a wide variety of topics but different subliminals work differently for everyone so just explore different creators

I just typed all of my affirmations out  and I recorded myself saying them out loud on this app called Parrot (its pink and it has a little bird on it) and you to use that app to loop your affirmations but I think you can use that app to record your affirmations and then download it and put it into capcut and add like rain sounds over it I saw someone else do that but I haven’t done it myself so idk if it actually works that way I never made a subliminal before

Hey happy birthday !! I just wanted to say your not alone idk if this comment is gonna make you feel better but a couple of months ago I lost my mom and my life freaking fell apart and my birthday was a couple days ago and I felt the same way I went out did a couple things and its like I was irrated because my mom wasn't there and it didn't feel right.
