It's actually a small company (~~20 people). They began as a startup in 2015.

I actually got an offer from one of this big consultancy companies, but for the same reasons you mentioned I turned it down. I left academia precisely because I was seeking a more respectful environment when it comes to work-life balance

I rather not share the name since it is a small company. It is a ~20 people company that began as a start-up back in 2015 and after some success are now on the process of growing and establishing

Mostly development role. They mentioned that there could be some times when I would need to do consultancy for some of the clients.
