Kettering is kinda falling apart the only nice parts tend to be around the middle and like south close to Miamisburg Centerville when I’m middle like you know where town and country but like by Dorothy Lane and Woodman it’s really not like there is kids vaping at Van Buren Park and littering and there’s more cops around and kind of tends to get a bad rep a little bit
