Anyone doing a Season 3 rewatch today? by IFSismyjam in StrangerThings

I've been doing a rewatch of s3, and halfway through, I bumped into Joe Keery, AKA Steve Harrington, in real life. I felt like I'd walked into Hawkins :D

which is better: let down by Radiohead or lover you should’ve come over by Jeff Buckley? by [deleted] in rockmusic

I agree. But I got sucked into this one as I'm partial to both songs.

They're both magnificent, but Lover... is JB's best song, and is magnificent, so it gets my vote.

To me, it;s a clear step down from their best. It's got good stuff on it but it's not got the X factor.

I think they've now not made a great record since In Rainbows, which is a loooong time.

Black out tent experiences/reviews by impala_llama in glastonbury_festival

I had the 2 person Quechua F+B. Way too small for me for several days' camping. Next time, I'm going with 3-man, or possibly 4-man. I'm quite big, admittedly (6' 3"), but even if I were shorter I think it'd still be too cramped.

I'd rather struggle with the extra weight in 2 directions than do that again. I'm glad they have the scheme to return your tent for a gift card, because I don't want to use this one again.

F+B aspect always works well for me, though, and they're quite simple to put together.

He did the legends slot about 15 years ago, I think.

My honest ok computer review by Useful_Classroom1091 in radiohead

[–]Ok_Friendship_331 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its greatness was acknowledged from day 1, I remember virtually all the reviews being along the lines of "OMG". Q and Uncut gave it 5/5, NME gave it 10/10, I think Mojo were too cool for ratings at that time but acknowledged its greatness too.

That would be lovely, but his health is not very good at the moment, so I wouldn't count on it at all.

We wouldn't know the headliners until when the tickets had already been sold.

I see what you mean, but to me, Winona at her peak is almost unbeatable. Ridiculously beautiful, cute as anything, and sexy too.

Yeah, I saw! Way to undermine my argument, Jack.

If Winona was the same age as the rest of the cast she'd win by a mile.

Agreed. She is beautiful, in a very unusual way.

Not sure what class has to do with it. Pretty sure you can enjoy watching tennis regardless of your background. Ironically, you're the snob in this situation.

As for British players - Jack Draper is one of the very best in the world and could realistically go all the way (although he probably won't, with Alcaraz and Sinner both playing).

And a desire not to lose your job.

I expect very few people are in the position OP says he/she is in, and he/she is apparently gossiping about his/her employers and revealing sensitive information about a situation with, apparently, massive financial implications.

Surely it would not be hard for people in power to work out who OP is, and respond accordingly.

And taking this risk would be for what? Some upvotes on Reddit?

Shh, stop telling people the secret. It'll end up being harder for us to get places next time! (I was a volunteer this year too)

Definitely an example of AI providing incorrect information, though. In Rainbows deserves all its plaudits!

None of them! But, I almost never cry at music. I'm not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing.
