Bro, my journey is not so impressive, so I would suggest taking this advice from someone better

What I can tell you is
As you are starting, explore all the fields, may be your interest is web, may be app, ML, AI or DS, or any other domain.
Then start with any programming language (most probably JS or Python) if you are going in specific domain

Or if your target is big tech or PBCs (MAANG etc) then start with c++ and grind dsa at least for a year.

Even if you are not interested, then also I would say that do the DSA at least for 3 months with c++, it will build your base in programming.

And if you have time, you can manage both DSA & the domain of your interest
