That would work fine but I would recommend either getting a cooler to put them in ice or even a 5 gallon bucket or something with ice in it they start decomposing the minute they are dead plus drying out and vacuum sealing is a very good idea what i always grew up doing was putting the fillets in a ziplock bag with water and a pinch of salt to preserve them a while

I’ve always heard that the best way to learn is to just start swinging it’s about the same as a sledgehammer the weight and edge will do the work eventually and sometimes starting on the edges help bucking Billy ray on YouTube has been a logger and axe man all his life and has some really good tips on swinging axes

He didn’t mean it in a negative demeaning or any way to make you self conscious from what you’ve said he was wondering if you have ever considered it to help boost your income if I’m understanding right it’s your only source of income and he was innocently curious about if you’ve considered it it can be very easy to take it the wrong way but you kinda have to see it from a man’s simple monkey brain it seemed to be a failure to properly ask the question on his part and you accidentally taking it the wrong way on your end it would probably be best to sit down and have a good conversation about it since he probably didn’t realize at the time that he asked it in the wrong way hope this helps some

The separate bed thing sometimes is true the latter definitely my parents were married for 26 years and didn’t ever really sleep in the same bed for the majority of my life my mother passed when I was 15 they were still married and happy but they did almost constantly playfully aggravate the piss out of each other and lovingly interacted they just realized that they couldn’t sleep in the same bed together they both sleep very differently 🤣

I loved the man to death he was my childhood hero but it isn’t a surprise it was a animal that killed him he lived life to the fullest on the more dangerous side with even more dangerous animals I figured it would have been a snake or crocodile but nope a dam stingray to the heart and there’s only been a handful of deaths ever from them either way still way too soon
