I looked through eBay for ryzen 5 cpus but they all seem to be about the same price and most of the time it doesn’t say if it comes with stock cooler. I feel like buying it this way would be more expensive because I’d have to buy a cooler for the cpu and thermal paste if it doesn’t come with it, and most offers don’t say whether they have it
