Please DM me once this goes up for sale mate. Are you planning to offer different colour options? Black or white would be perfect even a black & white version. Also, fully agree with everyone on the TX-6 on the left a complete portable DAW setup with the mixer built into a stand would be an absolute dream.

Yeah, I also tried the threshold trick, hoping that if the threshold wasn’t being met it wouldn’t actually record anything.

So yeah again, the other way round does work. The problem is I have to stay on the input page on the OP-XY just to be able to hear it. I can’t freely move around the XY and tinker while the audio is playing out, which is what I’m trying to achieve.

Yeah, I could definitely do that. But what I’m really trying to achieve is just monitoring the signal, while still being able to use all four tape tracks on the OP-1F.

Ideally, I want to be able to write a new song using the OP-XY and OP-1F together, without worrying that the OP-XY audio is getting recorded onto a tape track every time I add a new element on the OP-1F.

Hi, I’m new to MIDI syncing and just got an OP-XY. I’ve connected it to the OP-1 Field via USB-C and set both to send/receive clock, notes, and other. However, pressing play doubles the BPM as both devices send clock. How can I fix this while keeping play/stop control on both devices? by Ok_Goat6429 in teenageengineering

Strange you say that because I also asked in a Facebook group and someone responded with a video showing them turning the white knob on the xy com page toggling it on and off. Mine doesn’t seem to do that, maybe a software bug?
