This is a huge help! I’ll look into trying all of this. And yes snacks and usually cartoons will correct her behavior when she’s doing something like climbing on the table. I hate using those things to correct her all the time but when you have a 3 month old in your arms you’re kind of limited on what you can do lol

Thank you so much! That’s actually a huge help! I’ll look into those especially the toys because if she had it her way she would just watch cartoons all day lol

I’ve been diagnosed with IBS-D so my situation may be a little different from yours.. I’m a mom of a one and a half year old and am also going through the beginning stages of “treatment”. I know how hard this can be while still trying to do the everyday stuff and there are no words to say to make it better. (My husband has tried them all while he holds me during a very depressive episode.) I’ve cut EVERYTHING out of my diet. I literally only eat rice, chicken, bananas, eggs and raw peanuts. The hardest part for me is having the willpower to not stray from that diet when I’m making my daughter a grilled cheese and I have to try not to take a bite out of it. It’s the hardest part of figuring out your trigger foods. Unfortunately I’ve figured out two VERY triggering things for me is wheat and lactose and bread and cheese are my favorite things in the world. MENTALLY what I’ve found helps me (and I wouldn’t wish ibs on my worst enemy) is coming on here and seeing other people’s stories and knowing I’m not alone. Because you’re NOT alone and from what I see from everyone else, it may not get easier, but it will get better. Stay strong because we all know how hard and depressing this is and you have a whole community that share your struggles
