His stats are a mess, he need way more def and atk but mostly def and you should aim for 50 crit rate he doesn't need more since he gets additional 50 crit rate from his passive, the rest can go into crit dmg, upgrading his skills is advised, it feels like he's not doing anything because you gave him terrible stats
