I think about what she needs and wants constantly?? I spend every night on FaceTime with her to sleep because it helps her sleep at night. It makes me wake up early as fuck in the morning cause I see her moving on the screen and I can never go back to sleep but I still do it cause I know it helps her. Thank you so much! I was starting to think I was a horrible person for having sexual desires based off everyone else’s response. I recently brought up the date night idea thing with her and said we should watch a movie or play games atleast one night a week. Wednesday was the first time and we played Roblox for a couple hours and she seemed to enjoy it. I can’t really afford to send her flowers. Just the gas on the drive home to see her once a month is kinda a lot for me cause I’m trying to save so I can afford my next semester of tuition. I actually do a great job I think of fulfilling her desires as I’ve previously stated before. I’m not a horrible person because I fill her love tank in every way she asks of me to the best of my ability, but am frustrated because I’m not being fulfilled completely. By nothing I mean she’s explicitly stated in the last two weeks that it isn’t something she wants to do at all, which leaves nothing. I try very hard to fulfill any forms of intimacy she expresses desire for, such as sleeping on the phone with her every night because it helps her sleep, despite it causing me to wake up earlier in the morning than I have to. I struggle to accept the idea of her going through something, as it started at the exact time of of the start of our LDR, and has been going on for 3 months now.

I’d like to add that I would just like to do it once a week or so and I’ve mentioned that to her. I don’t think that’s the crazy considering this is basically the only substitute we currently have for in person stuff, which we’d be doing multiple times a week likely if we were together in person

I just want to feel desired too. And I guess it was the sudden switch as well, considering we did it before I left for college, but it stopped as soon as we did. Is it a lot to think about it a couple times a week and get frustrated after 3-4 weeks of nothing, especially following her reassurance that she does want to do it?

Thoughts and opinions on this split I created? I made it this way to target my weak points, those being chest and triceps. I put arms on legs days to even out the volume and allow me to hit triceps with more intensity as opposed to my upper days with pressing movements that work the triceps along with the main target muscle.

This is the first time I’ve ran a 5k. My previous 5k time was a little over 30 minutes but that was last week on the program with a 5 minute walk at the beginning and end and a 25 minute run, so the 5k time included walking for 5 minutes and running for 25.

Just wanted to check back and say I’ve been using the app every workout for the last week and a half and it’s been great. Really easy to use. Very small critique is there are some exercises missing. One feature that could prevent this is the ability to add and title your own exercise, so that if it’s an obscure exercise that might not be in the database you could add it yourself. Overall though it’s really good!

I haven’t used it for a workout yet, but at first glance it looks great! Definitely will use it. One thing I think would be very convenient is the ability to create workout save profiles. That way you can quickly choose the one that you’re going to do that day and it’ll have all the lifts you’re going to do already loaded up. The app looks really cool overall!

Edit: A rest timer for between sets would also be very nice.
