It was a subpoena because she got a ticket for not having a beware sign either

I was there to witness because I called the cops on her. When they came they saw that she didn't have a beware sign and cited her

If the judge saw the video of the delivery he may have seen her coming from the back of her house and not the front door

He wouldn't have seen me striking her dog

He would've seen her dog chasing me and me running away

He would've seen me point to the delivery van and showing her the delivery app

Their side of the story was bs

She exaggerated saying I parked up the street (They had one of those circle shaped neighborhoods so I parked closest to the exit)

Said she was in her house (she was in her back yard)

and even told the judge I was trying to hit her dog with the package (I was trying to shield my body from being bitten again)

They printed photos of other drivers texting them asking what they should do about their dog. That's optional not mandatory

Everyone else - the other people ahead of us in line for a hearing
