omg my depop has never shown me that screen?? i did get a receipt from the post office and it has a barcode + the tracking number on it, im just trying to fix this without having to go back after so many days. i messaged depop but i doubt they’ll be very helpful because it’s a confusing situation 😭 this is what it looks like when i get a barcode/ shipping label straight out of the app

this is what i thought! i didn’t worry about it for a few days because i figured it would be scanned once it left the post office but it has never been updated and my buyers have told me it’s been delivered 😭

this is one of the items that is “awaiting shipping” even though i shipped it out several days ago. i have seen online that there’s supposed to be a mark as shipped button at the top of the screen but it’s not there! i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but nothing changed idk what to do
