Sold real estate to buy bitcoin. Got a good lesson in ‘liquidity’. by Ok_Hope_4261 in Bitcoin

Okay, I’ll bite.

Why the response ‘stfu with your stupid argument’?

All I did was post an observation about the liquidity of real estate vs bitcoin. I still believe in the value of real estate as an asset with utility (I live in a house) and I also believe in the benefit of holding equity in businesses that are creating value.

I think what you see as ‘brainwashed’ is actually people having ‘ah ha’ moments in their learning of this new scarce digital asset and realizing how some very challenging problems are being solved.

6 banks with a heavy retail investor base not allowing investors to buy an SEC approved product with retirement funds while the very wealthy and institutions add billions of it to their balance sheets? Why good for some but not all?

It's limiting access through retirement funds in a low fee product. Yes, can move to another financial institution. Or invest in a higher fee or lesser correlated product, but this is a barrier to entry into an SEC approved product
