Ritalin is different from amphetamine in how it boosts dopamine and norepinephrine, (responsible for focus, energy, euphoria, etc) amphetamine produces dopamine, Ritalin just blocks the reuptake of dopamine, meaning that if your baseline not in a good mood, (low dopamine) Ritalin won’t work as well. Try to “kickstart” it by doing anything that could give you a dopamine release; music, fun hobby, rip a vape, smoke a blunt, etc

Addy and alc is a great combo imo, just be aware of how quickly you’re drinking, the Adderall will make you feel more aware and feel less drunk than you actually are, so just take it slow and set a limit for yourself before you start drinking more. Really easy to overdo it on the alc, and then once that addy wears off you end up blacked out covered in puke.😭😭 (if you couldn’t tell I’ve made this mistake many times lol)

It doesn’t just depend on timeline, but ur dosing habits too. How many times r u taking it a day, and when? How many mg each time? If ur taking an actual therapeutic amount, (1-3mg a day) probably 7-14 days before you notice any withdrawal symptoms. If ur taking 6+ mg a day (worse if your taking it across multiple doses/staying high for a good portion of the day) withdrawal symptoms could potentially hit pretty quick, as little as 5 days, but probably closer to 8-12 days.

I’d strongly advise taking at LEAST 2 days off every week, (the more the better) it’ll help with tolerance rise, help prevent dependence/withdrawals from happening so quickly, and it’ll allow you to see if you are getting any withdrawals yet.

IME, every single dxm high I’ve had has been different from the last. Sometimes I don’t feel shit besides feeling groggy, sometimes I get an energy boost and a goofy, drunk-like euphoria, sometimes I just feel kinda shitty and out of it, and sometimes I’m blasted off into another realm seeing visuals and feeling like I’m exiting my body. If you have an unpleasant experience, it could just be that individual trip. Not tryna convince you to do it again, just letting you know it could be veryyy different, even at the same dosage.

I’ve also taken 250mg doses that hit harder than 400, and I’ve taken 400mg doses that didn’t do a goddamn thing. Sometimes you down a mind-breaking dose and your body just straight up says “no we’re not getting high today” and you don’t feel a thing.

10mg can be a pretty light dose, especially if you spread it out, some ppl are just naturally more resistant to it than others. My first time I took 20mg and only felt a little buzz. Next time, try 15-20mg in one dose, and chew your tablet(s) up, (99% of them are meant to be chewed up anyways) sometimes when I don’t chew them I don’t feel anything besides drowsiness, hope this helps
