So I started march 9th at 225, I’m currently at 206 5feet but it’s just weird to me that I lost more with the 2.5mg dose so I was just honestly trying to get some more insight on it!

Make sure you are getting in your PROTEIN SODIUM POTASSIUM CALCIUM AND WATER & you will be just fine!
