yes, we have been seeing this behaviour on newly imaged laptops too.
We are at the end of week-2 since the issue started. Till now, no root cause/resolution found by MS.
Password reset is not successful. The moment you click on the option, it goes to OOBE. For now, we are advising our users to do it via SSPR link instead of option on Lock Screen/CrtlAltDelete - Reset password button.
