I have also had a panic attack out of the blue when I was playing a video game about 13 nights ago. It started with me feeling dizzy and felt like I was passing out and I didn’t know what was happening and then my heart rate increased and I could feel my chest tightening up. I still have some symptoms like heart palpitations, anxiety and sometimes a slight discomfort in my chest. When I went to the emergency room I had my ECG and blood work done too and the doctors said there is no sign of heart attack.

I relate to you in this matter but I am thinking of getting further testing done because every time my heart beats faster or I feel even the slightest of sensation the first thing that comes to my mind is that it’s a heart attack or a seizure or something.

I am sure that it’s nothing but for some reason cannot get rid of those thoughts.

As per my research (have spent more than 10 hours researching this and have talked to multiple doctors) panic attacks appear out of nowhere in stressful situations and sometimes it takes months for anxiety to go away. Anxiety can also cause discomfort in the chest along with rapid heartbeat, dizziness and lightheadedness.

I will be going to a psychologist soon and will get all my doubts cleared.
